基本信息
李云杰,男,1975年4月出生,教授,博士生导师,中国电子学会高级会员,IEEE高级会员,雷达与对抗技术研究所副所长。
2005年7月毕业于北京理工大学信号与信息处理专业毕业,获得工学博士学位。长期从事雷达与电子对抗信号处理系统相关理论和技术的研究工作,是国防科工委表彰的“毛二可院士及其创新团队”成员。作为负责人完成或正在承担多个国家级、省部级科研项目,包括自然科学基金、“973”项目、“863”项目、预先研究项目、重点实验室基金项目等,多项研究成果已经获得了应用。
2012 年和 2016 年,以访问学者身份分别赴香港理工大学电子资讯工程系和美国华盛顿大学智能交通实验室进修学习,重点研修了图像处理、机器学习算法及交通大数据挖掘算法等内容,现任研究所认知电子对抗研究组组长,目前的主要科研方向是人工智能技术与电子对抗技术相结合的相关理论与应用研究,重点研究内容电磁目标的表征建模、电磁频谱状态的感知识别、电磁频谱行为推理预测等。
获得部级技术发明二等奖一项、军队科技进步一等奖和三等奖各一项,获得授权专利近 10 项,发表 SCI/SSCI/EI 检索文章 40 余篇。
